Trademark filing suggests the future may soon point to the fragrance industry

In April, Future released their ninth studio album – “I NEVER LIKED YOU”. At the center of several memes and conversations, the Atlanta-based rapper has captured the attention of fans and naysayers alike. And, Future may intend to step up a gear by giving people something more to look forward to.

Nayvadius Wilburn documented plans to enter the beauty industry with a new fragrance for women, Sinsational. What seems like a play on the words “sin” and “gross,” Future seems to be stay on mark with its lyrical content as a trademark suggests a launch of its own perfume.

The “future” of perfume?

While the budding billionaire hasn’t made any official announcements about the scent, the speculative product appears to have future validity.

In 2020, Camp Hendrix filed an official trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office with the intended use to include the categories of fragrances, fragrances, and perfumery. The app was last updated on April 19 with a Notice of allocation.

Although Sinsational’s trademark is still pending, a promotional trailer is circulating on Instagram. The sounds of Future’s “WAIT” starring Drake and Tems seem to foreshadow what future consumers (no pun intended) might expect. Additionally, the song collaboration is currently No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
